View 2 files side by side with synchronized scrolling

There are times when it would be very handy to view two files side by side with the scrolling synchronized between the two. The synchronization should be overridden with a shift or control key when scrolling. This would allow viewing two similar files to see what's different, i.e. source code changes.

I'll see what I can do in the next release (V12) - although that won't be available until the end of the year.
