Just installed v12.

File Finder appears to freeze itself and V, with "not responding" appearing in the title bar, both when searching for and then sorting 327 matches by date. Re-displaying the list appears to sometimes trigger this reaction, and sometimes not.

Has the search finished when you do the sort or is it still in progress?

Are you doing a File search or a Text search?

Are you perhaps searching a network drive?
