Hi,

It appears that there is no ipworkszip9.dll in the 32-bit install. I am presented with the warning about the missing dll both from an in app upgraded copy and also from the copy directly downloaded from the downloads page.

Thanks for pointing this out.

ipworkszip9.dll is actually included in v14.exe, unfortunately, the setup program does not copy it to the V directory.

Please re-download v14.exe from the website and run to upgrade.
