Why is my V window always on top?

Did you make a change to the new version that leaves V on top of all other windows?
No - you must have accidentally enabled Always On Top (Ctrl+Shift+T).Did you make a change to the new version that leaves V on top of all other windows?
Have a look at the View menu to see if it is enabled.
