Installing V on a Terminal Server

We have 40 user licenses for V and need to know if there is a licensing issue in installing it on a Terminal Server to support users who connect to the server via RDP.
As long as the total number of users does not exceed 40, there is no problem.Is there a licensing issue in installing it on a Terminal Server
