To reproduce -

1. Start from the explorer window.
2. Always on Top checked in View menu.
3. Click the Find Files/GREP button.
4. File finder dialog appears in the task bar but is obscured by the explorer window.

I can work around this by shuffling my windows around but it'd be nice if I didn't have to.
