XP Sort Method

Windows XP (and later) use the new numeric sorting feature any time that a file name is used as a sort key.
When V is configured to use this mode, it only uses it when the file name is the PRIMARY sort key. When the file name is the SECONDARY sort key, the behavior ignores the "Use XP (numerical) Sort Method" setting and performs a basic string compare instead.
