Navigation to the webpage was canceled error

Reinstalling V on my work machine (which has a new Win7 install), I get “navigation to the web page was canceled” whenever I try to get Help.
Try the following:
Using V (or Windows Explorer), navigate to the V directory (usually C:\Program Files\V). Right-click on V.CHM and select Properties.
Is there an Unblockbutton at the bottom of the General tab? If there is, click on it. This should fix the problem.
