I usually open V via the "Explorer Context Menu" of a file.
It would be great if an option of the ESC key allow to close window and switch to directory listing of the file when started in file view.

I will consider it, but I think there are already far too many options and I don't want to add another option that I think will only be used by a small number of users.It would be great if an option of the ESC key allow to close window and switch to directory listing of the file when started in file view
Note that you can already switch to the desired directory by pressing the Directory icon in the toolbar (or by pressing F4).
